Registration Fee – None. The Ballet Studio does not charge a registration fee. Trial Lesson* - $11.00 Drop-In rate** - $15.00 Out of Town Visitors*** - $11.00 - Full tuition is due on the 1st lesson of each 4 week session whether or not the student will attend all classes. There is a calendar posted on the studio wall which shows the week that tuition is due. - If a student enrolls in a class after the first lesson of a 4 week session the tuition is pro-rated based on the remaining number of classes in that session. - See instructor regarding our “family rate.” - Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. A $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition not received 3 days after the 1st lesson of each session. In emergencies this policy is negotiable. - Absolutely no make-up lessons will be allowed unless full tuition for the current session has been paid, and it is of equal or greater value than the previous session. - When paying in cash you must have the exact amount. - Checks: phone number must be on all checks. $35.00 fee for returned checks. * Trial Lesson rate is for students who have not taken classes at the Ballet Studio before. If a student enrolls in the class after the trial lesson, the fee is applied towards the class tuition for the remainder of that 4 week session. **Drop-In rate is for students who do not take class on a regular basis. ***Out of Town Visitors rate is for dancers who are in Sacramento on a temporary basis. Making-Up Missed Classes Students may make up missed classes at any time during the four week tuition period. The instructor of your regular class will tell you which class(es) you may take as a make-up. After that four week period the student may still take a make-up class if they are continuing to pay tuition equal to or greater than they were paying when the class was missed. All make-ups must be made up within a reasonable amount of time. 2/16/07 |
